Wendy Sherwood


Wendy trained as a pastry chef at Le Cordon Bleu - Paris and has worked for many highly regarded properties including The French Laundry in California and Patrick Roger Chocolatier in France. She owned and operated La Forêt Chocolates & Confections for many years and was a full time instructor at The Culinary Institute of America - Greystone.

Before embarking on her culinary career, Wendy studied French and film studies in the U.S. and in France. She earned a Masters in Communication from the University of Iowa in 2000. In her spare time, Wendy likes to garden, sew, preserve food, renovate old houses and keep up with her French bookclub.
